● Advanced production technology.Hypuron MBR membrane adopts advanced HPRproduction technology, and will be firmly compounded with PVDF functional layer andPET woven network pipe, which completely solves the problems of MBR membranefilament extension deformation, broken filament and easy damage and peeling of thefunctional layer.Monofilament tensile strength greater than 200N.
Permanent hydrophilic modification. Permanently hydrophilized PVDF materialrealizes dry transportation and storage of membrane products;
● High porosity and high flux. The membrane structure with large porosity (porosityN60%) endows the membrane filament with strong water permeability and higheroperating flux; the permeable flow channel with large pores and single-layer mem-brane structure greatly reduces the pollutants in the membrane. The interception inthe membrane filament improves the ability to resist permanent pollution, and themembrane flux attenuation is smaller;
● Long life and high cost performance.The normal service life of membrane productscan reach more than 5 years (membrane flux attenuation is less than 20% in 5 years),supports high-pressure water backwashing, can further slow down the formation ofthick dirt on the membrane surface, prolong the interval time of chemical cleaning, andreduce the cost of chemical cleaning .
