The qualification recognition of national level high-tech enterprises must simultaneously meet seven conditions, including the core technology must have independent intellectual property rights, products or services belonging to the high-tech field, the proportion of enterprise scientific and technological talents, research and development costs, enterprise innovation ability, scientific and technological achievement transformation ability, growth indicators, etc. The recognition standards are very strict.
