The award-winning patent for the "Internal Pressure Fiber Reinforced Filter Membrane and Its Preparation Method" mainly focuses on the use of NIPs method to prepare high-strength internal pressure fiber reinforced filter membranes on the inner surface of hollow braided tubes, including optimizing the new casting solution formula, internal and external coagulation bath solution, coating and phase separation control technology, composite membrane post-treatment and protection, and many other technical links. The high-performance internal pressure fiber reinforced filter membrane developed from this has high flux, strong anti pollution ability, cross flow inflow resistance to pollution, low reflux ratio, and high water production rate; Compared with ordinary internal pressure filter membranes, the internal pressure fiber reinforced filter membrane in this patent has a wide flow channel and is not easily blocked. It can directly treat high suspended solids content materials, reduce pre-treatment costs, and provide reliable technical support for the application of membrane bioreactor (MBR) and submerged ultrafiltration (iUF) in wastewater resource utilization.
